DigitalCut Online Store Regulations
§1 General Provisions
- These regulations define the rules for using the online store available at: https://digitalcut.org, operated as an unregistered business by a natural person.
- Seller: Daniel Paszenda, a natural person conducting unregistered business activity in accordance with the Polish Entrepreneurs’ Law of March 6, 2018 – Article 5, residing at ul. Żorska 25/5, 47-400 Racibórz, Poland.

- The store offers digital files intended for the self-production of steel, wooden, and other elements, including, but not limited to, folding grills, bird feeders, lamps, and other design structures.
§2 Scope and Conditions of Service Provision
- The store offers digital design files (e.g., DXF, SVG, PDF) for private or commercial use, in accordance with the scope of the license described in these regulations.
- Products are available exclusively in digital form and are delivered after payment is credited.
- Digital files are available for download immediately after payment. The download link is active for 3 days from the moment of purchase.
- The customer is obliged to use the store in accordance with applicable law and these regulations.
§3 Technical Requirements
- To use the store and download files, the following are required:
- Internet access
- An active email account
- A device supporting digital file formats (e.g., a computer with CAD software or Inkscape)
§4 Conclusion of Agreement
- Purchases are made by adding a product to the cart and paying for the order.
- The agreement is concluded at the moment payment is credited.
- Digital files are sent to the email address or made available for download after payment.
§5 Payments
- Payments in the store are processed via the payment operator HotPay, owned by ePłatności sp. z o.o. sp. k., ul. 27 Stycznia 9, 34-120 Andrychów, NIP: 5512627897, REGON: 366165170, KRS: 0000655383. The operator is entered in the register of small payment institutions under number MIP8/2018 and supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
- Available payment methods:
- Payment cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro)
- Online transfers (BLIK, fast bank transfers)
Payments are securely handled by the HotPay system. The Seller does not process payment card data or online banking login details. In case of refunds, the refund will be made using the same payment method. Purchased digital files may be used for both private and commercial purposes. Further distribution or resale of these files in any form is prohibited.
§6 Personal Data
- The Controller of personal data of Buyers is the Seller.
- Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment, in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
- Detailed information can be found in the Privacy Policy available in the store.
- Data may be transferred to ePłatności sp. z o.o. sp. k. for the purpose of online payment processing.
§7 Final Provisions
- These regulations are made available free of charge to every Customer before the conclusion of the agreement.
- In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of Polish law apply, including the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of July 18, 2002.
- The regulations may be amended, and their new version will be published on the store's website.
- By using the store, the Customer accepts these Regulations.
