§1 General Information

https://digitalcut.org, operated by a natural person under an unregistered business activity. The data controller is a natural person conducting an unregistered business. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws, in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016  and the Act of 10 May 2018 on Personal Data Protection.

Only data necessary for the following purposes is processed: order fulfillment (first name, last name, email address, billing details – if applicable), handling inquiries and email correspondence, fulfilling the controller’s legal obligations (e.g., accounting), and establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to conclude a purchase agreement for digital products.

  • Art. 6(1)(b) RODO – necessity for the performance of a contract (order processing).
  • Art. 6(1)(c) RODO – necessity for compliance with a legal obligation (e.g., accounting documentation).
  • Art. 6(1)(f) RODO – legitimate interests pursued by the controller (handling inquiries, legal protection).

Personal data may be shared with entities processing data on behalf of the controller, such as online payment operators (e.g., ePłatności sp. z o.o. sp. k., owner of HotPay) and companies providing hosting and store maintenance services. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
