📦 Delivery Terms for Digital Files – DigitalCut

§1 Delivery Method

1. All products offered by DigitalCut are delivered digitally only.

2. After payment is confirmed, the files are made available:
   • via a download link displayed on the store website, or
   • sent to the email address provided during checkout.

§2 Delivery Time

1. Access to purchased files is granted immediately after payment confirmation.

2. In most cases, the files are available for download within a few minutes after a successful transaction.

§3 Download Link Validity

1. The download link is active for 3 days from the moment of purchase.

2. After this period, the link expires automatically.

§4 Download Issues

1. If you experience issues downloading your files or do not receive the download email, please contact: orders@digitalcut.org.

2. If the download email doesn't appear within a few minutes, please check your SPAM or Junk folder.
