Digital Products – No Right of Return
In accordance with Article 38 point 13 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a contract for the supply of digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium if:

the performance has begun with the consumer’s explicit consent before the withdrawal period has expired,
-
and the consumer has been informed that they will lose the right to withdraw from the contract.
By purchasing digital products from the DigitalCut store, the customer consents to the immediate execution of the order. As a result, the right of withdrawal is waived, and the customer is not entitled to a refund.
Notice at Checkout
Before completing the purchase, the customer agrees to the following condition:
“I consent to the delivery of digital content before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that I will lose my right to withdraw from the contract.”
